    The following displays each time I restart the computer.



    Launcher.exe – Application error

    EULALauncher.exe – Application error

    WLTRAY.EXE – Application error

    Hpqtra08.exe – Application error

    Reader_sl.exe – Application error

    BTTray.exe – Application error



    Each followed by:



    The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135) click ok to terminate the application





    Bluetooth Tray Application has stopped working

    Adobe Acrobat SpeedLauncher has stopped working

    HP Digital Imaging Monitor has stopped working

    Dell Wireless WLAN Card Wireless Network Tray Applet has stopped working

    Windows SQM Consolidator has stopped working

    Fingerprint Laucher has stopped working

    Windows Calendar has stopped working

    Problem Reports and Solutions has stopped working



    Each followed by:



    A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.

    Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.





    Windows Visual C+ + Runtime Library



    Runtime Error!



    Program C:\Program Files\Dell\MediaDirect\PCMService.exe

    This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

    When I run scannow from cmd prompt, I get the following message:



    Win Rec prot found corrupt file unable to fix

    CBS.Log windir\logs\CBS\CBS.log



    I can not start any programs (explorer, office, quickbooks , etc,) and my google search bar does not work nor does my address bar in firefox browser. My network connection at bottom of screen has an X through it, however I am able to connect to the internet.
