eRecovery not completing reboot

    Hi,

    I'm trying to restore my Acer Aspire to factory settings and have run the eRecovery Management tool using the recovery discs I made when I got the laptop. This seems to work fine up until the time it reboots when it gets stuck on process 13/29. I have tried re-running this a couple of times but gets stuck at this point each time. Any ideas?

    Sorry, don't have experience with eRecovery and not able to debug third-party software.

    Your best bet, since you're using Acer SW, would be to either contact Acer (see if they have a website with a forum or FAQ), or to contact the supplier of your machine to see if they will help you.
