Dell Factory Image Restore is Missing!?

    Hello VistaForums,

    I want to recover a Dell Latitude D630 laptop to factory condition. I followed the steps but in the options there is no Dell Factory Image Restore or Dell DataSafe and Emergency backup. Is there a way to get it back or... Please help!:confused:
