Chrome Won't Start

    Could not get the program to shut down, restarted the computer and keep getting the "chrome did not shut down properly Restore" then instantly "chrome stoped working have expolrer find a soulution, etc."

    Restarted and deleted and reloded several times, same thing, back to crap Explorer......HELP
