Can no longer view web cams

    I've had PC issues on my six year old DELL PC and all now seems to be well except that I can no longer view my favorite web cams, such as Jeanettes Pier, Nags Head Pier, etc. When I click on the "watch" link for the cams nothing happens. I have my original DISKS that I can re-install, but I'm uncertain which DISK/PROGRM I need to re-install or what DISK I should use to fix this issue. Thanks for any help!!

    .....OK. I tried to find a way to view WEB Cams again on my PC. I found one Nags Head web cam that I could down-loading some " ACTIVE AX"? program or whatever, and I can view that web cam only. Other web cams don't offer the option of down-loading any program. What program/file on my VISTA DVD Install Disk do I need to re-load on my PC in order to view web cams?
