Hey guys, I'm having problems with my toshiba laptop that is running Vista. So it has a built in Realtek PCIe FE adapter and it is not working when I go into the device manager it says that it is working correctly however it is not loading any wifi networks and there are several in my building. I already reinstalled and updated the drivers but still no result. Any idea on a solution??

My stepfather's Fujitsu laptop has built-in wifi as well. There is even a switch, which slides on and off. Maybe your laptop has a small switch somewhere on the case as well?
