I was recently playing a game when my system crashed and a BSOD came up. It loaded files for a dump of some kind, and it was covered in small blue dots in a repeating pattern. Every time I try to restart my computer it does the same thing on the windows loading screen. I restarted in safe mode with networking and not seeing those dots. I know it has something to do with my video driver, I tried a uninstall. It worked untill windows update reinstalled the driver. I don't think AMD is releasing drivers for my old video card anymore, its an old ATI HD 4600. Am I going to have to run my system with no video driver? Here's the "Windows check solution" info and my system specs.
