When I boot up the computer, it goes to a black screen with the white curser sitting there. I can move the curser butthe computerdoes nothing. It just sits there with the black screen. Then I reboot and it does the same thing. The first couple of times it loaded fine then I noticed I coudn't get on the internet anymore and when I clicked on a program it did nothing. Any thoughts? Looks like I will go back to XP if I can't even get to my desktop!! BTW..I did just install a program called Content Protect which is a parental control software to block internet sites. Now that I think of it the problem did start after I installed this software. But how do I get to my desktop??
