I have a fairly new Dell Inspiron that is shutting down every time it goes into sleep mode and then I get the following message:

    Problem signature:

    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen

    OS Version: 6.0.6001.2.1.0.768.3

    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:

    BCCode: 1000007e

    BCP1: FFFFFFFFC0000005

    BCP2: FFFFF80001FC7B81

    BCP3: FFFFFA60017D2798

    BCP4: FFFFFA60017D2170

    OS Version: 6_0_6001

    Service Pack: 1_0

    Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:

    C:\Windows\Minidump\Mini082709-03.dmp

    C:\Users\Jenny\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-33707666-0.sysdata.xml

    C:\Users\Jenny\AppData\Local\Temp\WER7D63.tmp.version.txt

I do not know my KB number to know which Windows download to choose.

    Thank you!

You posted this into the Drivers subforum instead of the General Technical subforum. If you had gone there, you would have seen the pinned post we have regarding troubleshooting BSOD/Stop errors. Suggest you go there and read that.
