When turning on my computer After the Windows logo screen and before the Welcome screen I get a blue screen with the words "no power" in the upper right part of the screen. It only shows for a few seconds and is gone. The computer sounds like it shuts down sorta. What could be the problem, do I need more memory? I'm running 2 gigs on a Vista 64 SP2 machine.I have a nVidia 250 GTS video card and it is up to date on drivers.
    .........Thanks
