    Hello,
I am on an old Dell Inspiron 1501 with Vista Home Premium (32). I ran Win1501263.EXE BIOS update, which went well and flashed the BIOS and rebooted fine. It left a bunch of files on my desktop, though, including Win1501263.exe, PHLASH.LOG, WINPHLASH.EXE, WINPHLASH.HLP, FLASHABL.ROM, PHLASHLC.DLL, PHLASH.INI, PHLASHNT.SYS, BIOS.BAK, MSVCRT.DLL, MFC42.DLL, MSVCP60.DLL, vlc-1.1.11-win32.exe.

Do you know what to do with these? Can I delete them or is there a place I should move them?

Delete them. You can always re-run the BIOS update though there should never be qa need to do so as once it's done, it's a permanent change and never has to be done again.

You should have put the BIOS update in a separate folder then when you ran it the extracted files would have been in there instead of on the desktop.
