My Toshiba L300 recently will not charge the battery. I get a indication that the battery is charging but it never charges. I reset the BIOS, deleted the battery control driver and reloaded with no change. I replaced the charger, replaced the battery and tried another new battery from a local supplier. All give the same indication. When powered up the battery icon shows charge for 3 seconds then stops but still says battery charging. Battery will not charge over 12% and quickly dies.

I am at wits end. It works fine with the battery in or out on ac.

    Any ideas?
