Another Vista Blue Screen on Dell Inspiron Laptop

Hi, please could someone help me debug my Vista blue screen? Laptop is 4 weeks old. Error has occurred multiple times including 20 minutes after it came out of the box.

Been through the event viewer log:-



The previous system shutdown at 2:51:50 PM on 2/6/2008 was unexpected.

 

Suggest you look at two "pinned" posts dealing with troubleshooting stop messages and event logs. If neither of them helps you fix the problem, it's time to call Dell.
