    Using XP Home SP2

    Connecting to Vista Home Basic

I want to direect dial to the host machine (NO INTERNET) so that I can use UltraVNC to control it.

I have successfully connected over a LAN and had full control of the host.

But when I try to dial in to the Host, I am connected, asked for my username and password, but then get the message "This User Account has no dialin access" or words to that effect, and get booted out.

How do I give my username permission? I have tried turning ghe Windows Firewall off (there is no other FW on the host machine and used a programme called TweakUAC to turn UAC off as well.

I have found nowhere that allows me to grant or deny permissions such as connect ability.

    Can anyone guide me, please?

    Thanks for any help

Not too familiar with UltraVNC, but why don't you just use remote desktop?
