administrator created/disabled still can't move folder

    Followed a former post re: REALLY creating administrator. Can log on as me or administrator (admin.). If admin., cannot view 'me' files, so,logged in as'me', right clicked start, cmd, etc., entered "net user administrator /active:no". Still cannot move folders; says, you need permission to perform this action. after 3 days, plus 1 week fighting with Dell, I give up.

    Dell Inspiron E1705, Vista, enhanced 2 GB memory. Any help, greatly appreciated. Please move this post if in wrong place.
