add "restart" option to the advanced power settings in start menu power button - windows " VISTA "

    Hello , I just wondered if anyone knew of a reg, file that will add RESTART to the "restart option " to advanced power settings in start menu power button & lid... I will upload a print screen pic so you can see what Im referring to.... right now the only options are sleep & shut down... some how this has got changed as it use to have more option here. Restart & Hibernate where options as well. Thank you for any help with this issue....
