It won't do anything.
Anyone have any suggestions?

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop1.sympatico.ca',
Server: 'pop1.sympatico.ca', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No,
Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Sympatico has 5 different sets of servers. Verify that you are using the
correct Sympatico server:
http://www.dslreports.com/faq/10514

If that checks out, which antivirus are you running?
