windows wont send

I keep getting this error message:

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'test', Account:
'pop.emailsrvr.com', Server: 'smtp.emailsrvr.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10013, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Try port 587 instead of 25.

Mine is working again, Windows Maiil, it just started to work a few seconds
ago.

Tim,I was having the same problem for a week now.I finally figured out that
it was my router causing me not to send mail. May i ask if you have a router?
Let me know and i will tell you how to fix it. Darla
