I am new to Movie Maker - have Vista Home Premium. I have a very basic
question. I want to import a picture (.jpg) into MM and have it sit there
during a 10 minute speech which I will then post to my website. I can import
the picture OK but how do I have it remain throughout the length of the
speech.

Many thank. Norm.

Two ways.....

Adjust the duration of the picture in
timeline view by moving your pointer
on the edge of the picture until you
see the double red arrow...now drag
the arrow to change the duration.

Or...you can drag several copies of the
same picture to the timeline.

or if you know the speech last 10 minutes exactly you can change the length
of stills to 10 mins before dragging the still onto the timeline.
Don't forget to change it back.
a 10 min still is a bit boring, have you considered at least using a few
different ones?
