Why can't I burn Recorded TV to DVD?

I have two Sony VAIO computers; one with MCE, and the other with Vista Home
Premium. I have never EVER been able to successfully burn any recorded TV to
a DVD ever.

Every single time, it says that Media Center encountered an error and needs
to close. What gives?

Does anybody know what can fix this problem?
