wat can i do if my clock doesnt keep time, and its set in the right time
zone. everytime i change it to the right time, it will get off sinc...

Your vista clock is probably set to sync withan internet server. Go to
your services list ad disable windows time. Also, go to your date and
time options and disable any internet synced clocks
