vista cannot support my disc caused blue screen...

hi.. after i installed a program into my vista home basic.. it caused blue screen in my laptop... i must uninstall that cd program which i installed.. but i don have a chance to go in to the OS.. after it boot in for a while.. then it comes out dump memory.. then come out boot from save mod .. boot from comand prompt ...

how should i solve this ? thaksk
