"An unknown error has occured"

I have that message, but in my outbox. I've tried everything to delete it.
I'm at the point that I'm just about to delete Microsoft outlook, unless
there is a patch for it. I will look tonight and let you's know.

You have this problem in Outlook? Which version of Outlook?

If you mean Windows Mail, not Outlook, try this:
Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista
