I received an attachment and made (MANY) changes to the document. Afterwards
I simply clicked the "save" button and closed the doucment - didn't not save
it under my usual file order.

When I go back and open the attachment again - no change was saved at all!
and I'm running out of time.

Is there any way that I can find that "saved" document again? Thanks!

No. If you didn't save it before editing and make the changes on the saved
document the changes are gone.
