Syncing with Outlook 2007

How can I choose an option when I sync my Treo 700w with my Outlook so that
Outlook overrides the information on Treo.....want Oulook info to just
replace the Treo information.

Depends what sync software you are using, perhaps try your Treo site for
help, this isnt a Visa or Outlook problem
