What Is"shell.ccs"

Everytime I'm trying to watch avideo from a web site like Video Humor from
Presentaciones-Powerpoint it's show up this message:
"shell.ccs" loading file"content.css" and to check on
"sscommon/skins/helpcenter/css"directory. Please help to solve this matters
and where I have to go and what to do . Anything you can do to help will be
appreciate. Thanks a lot
