Security Center icon missing in Control Panel

I recently noticed that my Security Center icon is missing from my
Control Panel list even though it is set to start automatically as a
service. It also displays fine when I run wscui.cpl. wscui.cpl does
not show up under the "don't load" folder in the registry, which is
good. Is there a way I can get the Control Panel icon back? Thanks.
