Runtime error 429 active x component cannot be found

trying to print a sheet from a third party software program
in vista with home premium 32 bit and i get runtime error 429 active x
conponent cannot be found.
i have the same program on another computer with XP and do not have
this problem I tried running reg cur and no help.. i tried running
regsvr32 vbscript.dll and received error messgae 080004005

Since the issue lies with a third-party program that works under a different
operating system (XP), contact their tech support for help with their
program under Vista. They are the ones who will know if the software is
compatible with Vista, have any patches, workarounds, etc.
