Replacing files

Hi all,

Whenever I replace a newer frontend version of my software on a Vista client machine, it confirms replacing the old file with the new, but upon opening the file, it is still the old version file. It only happens with Vista machines and is becoming a real irritation.
Can you guys shed some light?
