Hi. I hope this is the right place to post this. I am running Vista Business and am trying to use Remote Assistance in Windows Live Messenger to connect to another maching, 3000 miles away that runs Vista Ultimate. This worked for me before and now I cannot get it to work. I send the invitation and the other person accepts and then nothing happens. I've gone into the Management Console and restarted the Remote Access Connection, nothing. No error message comes up, any ideas? TIA

Wierd, probably a firewall/router issue. On a side note, my remote assitance in MSN has never worked in Vista. Any remote assitance for that manner. No idea why. Have you tried using Remote Desktop connection instead of Assitance? You can find it in Accesories in the start menu.
