problems with sending ...

i can reseve mails in vista mail but cannot send any, things i send go
directly to postvak uit and not sended messages
can any one help?

Hi Steven,

You might have a stuck message in your Outbox. Double check to see if
you do by trying to either Move or Delete all of the messages the
Outbox.

If you have a stuck message, then read the "First" section in this
tutorial about antivirus programs to help prevent this from happening
again, then install the KB941090 Microsoft Update in the "Second"
section to fix the stuck message problem.

You may have only the receiving half of your email account set up
properly. Ask your internet provider for their instructions for
setting up email under Windows Mail. If they haven't written
any yet, ask for the instructions for doing it under Outlook
Express - they should be close enough if you use them for
Windows Mail instead.

Note that outgoing messages go to Outbox before they are
sent, and often stay there if you have problems sending them.

If you need more help, include the full error messages you
get if any. Also. translating the messages to English will help
you get help faster since few people in this newsgroup read
other languages.

Email scanning should be turned off in any anti-virus. Also exclude EML
files from the scan. It provides no
protection not provided by the regular resident protection.
Besides that, McAfee and Norton are not compatible with Windows Mail and
Outlook Express and should be uninstalled.
