Problem re-installing Roxio Creator on Vista SP2

Hi, I am currently trying and trying and trying to re-install Roxio Creator Premier Blu-ray 10.1 onto my Dell XPS 420 Vista Ultimate system. This software came bundled with the system and was removed during a system wipe and re-install. Now the blasted thing is refusing to install. Ive tried looking everywhere but everything seems to not make the slightest difference.

These are my system specs:
Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit SP2
Dell XPS 420
WEI: 5.5
Intel Core 2 Quad
4GB RAM


The install process gets to about 10% and then says "Roxio Creator Premier setup was interrupted. Your system has not been modified. To install this programme at a later time please try again later."


This has now gotten beyond frustrating and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Don't use that app, but you should check to see if they have a support forum. Most app vendors do these days. You can also try getting support, but the problem is, that these versions that are bundled with PCs are often limited-function versions that the actual app vendor does not support.
