Hi,

Previously I had problem with my network printer. It had gone offline.
Anyhow after browsing the web I understood that I should install service
pack 1 for Vista (KB936330). I did and my problem was solved. Today, the
Windows automatic update installed some updates and asked me to restart
my computer (to me it means that the update was something important!)
However, after this I found out that again the previous problem has been
occurred and the printer again has gone offline. Now nowhere I could
find a solution for that because everyone say that I should install
service pack 1, while I've already installed it. I would rather not to
reinstall the printer's driver because I have no access to its driver.
I'm using Windows Vista Business 32-bit on a Fujitsu-Siemens Tablet PC
with Kaspersky Antivirus. If giving more information can help me to
address my problem I will shoot; just let me know.

Great thanks in advance for everyone, who can give me a usable
suggestion.
