OE contact list did not transfer, can't import

Hi! We just set up this new computer and I was able to create my email
account okay. I received messages, although have not tried to send any yet.
My biggest concern is that my OE contact list did not transfer to the new
Windows Mail and I don't know if I did anything wrong or not. Does anyone
know what I need to do to get my old contact list to move in? Thanks!

If the old computer is still available export the contacts from the Address
Book as a CSV file. Windows Contacts should import from that.
It should also be able to import from a Windows Address Book (*.WAB) file.
