I just joined, found this forum a google search for information on some issues with Vista Ultimate. I will look around and see if there are any ideas. My issues concern some software and some hardware. Software is somewhat related to hardware. I have a Visoneer 9020 scanner that is not suppored and an Iomega ZIP250 drive that the software gives me an error message when trying to install it. Vista will read from the ZIP drive, just gives me some funny messages when logging on. I am running this as a dual boot keeping my WinXP professional until I am happy with Vista.

Welcome! If the hardware is old (2 or more years in this day and age) vista support is usually non existant unfortunately.
