Do you have an existing email address that you want to use?
If so, tell us the part after the @ symbol.
If not, whom do you pay for your Internet connection?

for the msn one and i found out that in order for you to use msn u have to
pay for it i guess. So is there any other one that i can use?

You have several options. You can continue to use your free MSN and Yahoo
accounts by accessing them with your browser (Internet Explorer).
Windows Mail can't access webmail-only accounts.

Or you can upgrade your Windows Mail to Windows Live Mail,
which does have the ability to access free Hotmail/MSN accounts.
See http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview

A third option is to get a free Gmail account.

Finally, you should also be able to get an email account from your
Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Google has directions for Outlook Express, which will also work for
Windows Mail:

Also, you need to enable Google's POP option:

Your ISP should have the server names (usually mail.YOURISP.com) and you
should check with them. You can use Windows Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird,
Eudora, etc. for your email client.
