I need help with setting up my email account

I'm wondering if i can set up a windows account with my yahoo account. The
trouble is with the POP and IMAP info

Windows Mail won't work with most Yahoo accounts. You may want to
download and install Windows Live Mail, which will:

Windows Mail won't work with any webmail accounts.
If you have a free Yahoo account that has web access only,
your options are:

Upgrade your Yahoo account:
http://mailplus.mail.yahoo.com/
or
Install an add-on called YPOPS!:
http://ypopsemail.com/

Sorry, that won't help. The only HTTP mail that WLM can handle is Hotmail.
