Microsoft office has stopped working

Hi,
I have recently encountered this problem with word 2007. Everytime i try to
close the window, a messeage pops up " Microsoft office has stopped working -
a problem caused the program to stop working correctly " There was also a
secondary problem where i could not use the right click function but that has
now been resolved. Can someone please shed some light on this issue as i have
tried to wipe the program and reinstalling it.
