It is not caused by AVG, it is a safety feature in WM.
You should be able to see who it comes from, (most probably it is from a
fake Bank etc), if you do not know them or want the mail simply delete it.
If you wish you can close down the preview pane to delete it,
view>layout>un-check preview pane>apply/OK
If you know the sender then mark it as safe.
You will not get a Virus from an email, you would if you opened an infected
file attachment, so don't worry :-)
It is advisable to not have the mail scan section of your AVG AV active, WM
does not like 3rd party scanning of mail, you will possibly get a corrupt
mail store eventually?
