How to format my vista dell computer(not Laptop)?My friend say after format i need install driver or wat..........

You don't format a computer; you format a hard drive.



I'm guessing that what you're trying to do is reinstall Vista on the PC. That's either done by booting from a recovery CD and reinstalling Vista, or there's a function key you press when the machine first boots that puts you into a recovery mode.



Don't have Dell; don't know which is the case.



Suggest you consult the documentation that came with your machine.
