Can anyone point me to a list of the file attribute meanings on my Vista
system?
I know the original attributes.
A=archive
H=hidden
R=read only
S=system

What does N mean? A good number of my files show this attribute.

Hi Stuart,

The N attribute means that the file is not indexed.

Thanks Jane
That explains why all my files have an N attribute.
