Hi,
I was curious if anyone knew how to change the default path for scanned
documents used by Windows Fax and Scan. My Documents folder is already
bloated with subdirectories and I'd rather see them go into a subdirectory of
"My Pictures" folder. Does anyone know how to change the default path so
that it doesn't go into %Username%\Documents\Scanned Documents ?
I'm not sure if this is related..but when I go to Tools->Options..it is
greyed out, and a message on the status bar reads: "Could not get Scanned
Document folder for current user!". Is this all screwy b/c I moved my
"Documents" folder to a non standard location. (Why MS doesn't make it easy
to move a profile to an alternate drive I'll never understand..seems pretty
basic to me that if you want to protect the integrity of user data, you
automatically put it on a separate volume (and disc if possible) from the OS
so that blowouts don't lose user data. Moving indivual folders can be a pain
and the hidden ones don't move so easily..)

I'm running Vista Ultimate, if that makes a difference.
