Creating new Printer Form

In Win XP, I can create a new printer form by going to Printers and Faxes and
under the File menu choose Server Properties. I am not able to do this with
Vista Home Premium. Is this one of the limitation of Home Premium or am I
missing something?

You need to open the Server Properties with Administrative privilege
