client computer printers

Hi,

I have a client with a laptop that is used in 2 stores and at home. The
problem started with 1 store where all of sudden the laptop (Vista Home
Premium) is not able to print to any of the configured printers in the store.
I have re-installed them at least twice, and the same thing keeps happening
-- they cannot print from the laptop. Just recently, it started happening in
the second store as well -- where previously there was no problem. If anyone
has an idea about this, I would appreciate it.
