cant use control pad in call of duty MW3

i bought both micrsoft and razer control pad for call of duty mw3 game, both of the control i cant use it. i am using vist 32bit. i already up date the windows vista and install the game control pad driver. please help me or pleaese up date driver

You might check to see if the Game provider has a website that provides technical support. Sometimes there are tweaks you must do to get game devices to work.
