The error message is rather self-explanatory. The email address to
which you are sending is malformed. Why is there an "SMTP" included
at the end of the address? If you did not type that "SMTP", then something
else did. Uninstall AVG antivirus and try sending again. If it works, then
replace your antivirus with the free Avast:

Even compatible antivirus programs will need to have their
