Cannot communicate with DNS server(68.87.75.198).

Network diagnostics pinged the remote host but did not receive a response.

[Windows found a problem that cannot be repaired automatically] [Cancel] im trying to download team fortress 2 because i had to reinstall because i had a error. my downloading speed would start off and its normal speed 1-3 mb/s and shoot all the way down to like 15kb/s please help me how to fix this

also i found out more, if i tap my modem then it will go out, i think something is loose in there, any help guys? thanks
