Receive emails stored by what internet provider? If you get any
error messages when trying, showing the full error message will
get you a faster answer.
Click on Tools, then Accounts, then your email account, then
Properties. If there's no check mark in the box before Include this
account when receiving mail or synchronizing, click on the box
and then on Apply. Click on OK.
