I can't print - spooler problem

Can someone please help me! I cannot print to any of my printers at my
house or at my office. I am not a technologically savvy person, and I'm
trying all suggestions I can find on line. I've been printing fine for
4 months, then all of a sudden last week, I started getting this message
about my printer spooler. I would restore my computer to the day
before, then it would be fine for a few hours then I'd get the message
again. Now I can't do a thing. This whole Vista thing is more than I
can handle... and they want to charge me for a downgrade???? Someone
please help!!

The Spooler crashing or stopping is almost always due to corrupted printer
drivers. It's time to uninstall and reinstall your printer(s):

Do NOT miss out Step 4, if you do, you end up reinstalling the older and
corrupted drivers. Updated drivers will always be available at the website
of your printer manufacturer.
