Can't delete message in send item folder

Hello I can not for the life of me delete an email from my sent item folder

Try this Microsoft fix:

"Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista"

It works on other folders in addition to the Outbox.
